Greetings!
I have paid for an annual plan for Acrobat Pro DC in July 2020.

On 14th of August 2021 I got charged for the plan. I would like to know when is the end date of the plan, when is the last monthly payment i have to make in order to finish this plan?

I do not want to continue using this plan, since this is an annual one and one year has passed, why do I keep getting charged?

Contact Adobe customer care for a cancel. All plans renew automatically (that is clearly stated in the terms when you take the contract, so don't blame someone else on this) and you will need to negotiate your way out of this with the least possible fees. Just to say: early termination fees are also part of the contract you agreed upon.

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Your expiration date is listed in your Adobe Account portal.

https://account.adobe.com/plans

Adobe has no way of knowing you don't want it unless you cancel.

You keep getting charged because subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel

To Cancel https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-creative-cloud-subscription.html
-FAQ https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/cancel-subscription-faq-s/td-p/11843852
-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining time as a fee
-or cancel via Chat link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks
