Hello! I need help. Last month I purchased a photo package for a year, but now I see that I have no purchased plans at all and I need to buy everything again, as if I were on a trial period. What do I need to do to return my subscription?

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html
if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html
if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html
if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english
if that fails, change the install location

Thanks for you suggestions, but it's not working - there are no active plans (as on screenshot 2) in web account page.

did you purchase directly from adobe.com or did you purchase via an app store or did you purchase via a 3rd party?

and your account (the one where you received your email confirmation of your purchase) at https://account.adobe.com shows you have no subscription?
or did you have a typo in your email when subscribing https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/account-password-sign-help.html

Yes, it's the only account, with no problems with login, with purchase information in it... but no active plan 😞

contact adobe support. if "agent" doesn't get you past the bot type "purchase subscription".
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
