Are the Corporate headquarters in San Jose open for deliveries?

Hi,

 

I am trying to send a package to the Corporate headquarters at 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA, but DHL say they can't deliver the package. Is Adobe completely shut because of COVID 19?

Jon, we currently have closed all of our offices worldwide.  As Jane said, there are still a few people on-site, but only for critical operations.  Please contact whoever is requesting the package and look into an alternate arrangement or possibly wait to send the package once the pandemic has ended.

You might want to check with the individual who you were sending the package to. Even if some employees are working on site, the doors would be locked.

He would be able to tell you whether they are working or not.
