Aumento de precios Agosto 2024, 14 veces más caro!!!! SIN AVISO

Hola a todos, soy de Argentina y hoy me encontré SIN PREVIO AVISO con un aumento 14 veces superior a lo que venía pagando por la suscripción de 100gb + programas. Pasó de 2.486 pesos argentinos a 34.025 pesos. Qué pasó? tiene solución? Alguien más está con este problema? Hoy es domingo y nadie va ayudarme en atención al cliente pero querría saber si es posible que nos quieran robar de esta manera.... imposible vivir ya con estos aumentos no solo sin aviso sino SIN RAZÓN... 14 veces de un momento a otro? no existe.... una falta de respeto al cliente y al trabajador. Se aprovechan porque saben que lo necesitamos para trabajar.

Hola! Gracias por responder. Cómo lograste comunicarte vos? Estoy viendo que por mail no contestan, y acá nunca logro agarrarlos en el corto horario que tienen.

Es una falta de respeto la verdad, todo lo que dicen de que el primer año hay un descuento es mentira en mi caso, lo tengo hace casi dos años y siempre el mismo precio, y en la factura no aparecia ningun descuento.
Alguien sabe los horarios de atencion? la IA esa no sirve para nada. Enojadisima

Estoy muy sorprendido con el precio por 100 GB.

Para que se den una idea: aboné 38 mil un año, 42 mil al siguiente, 77 mil el año pasado y ahora en mayo me quieren cobrar 400 mil.

¡Eso es un aumento de 323 mil, aproximadamente un 419%!

¿Qué onda con estos cambios?

Es legal esto?

i'm pretty sure it's legal. there's little reason to use adobe's file services, especially if the cost isn't reasonable for you.

Les sugiero que se pongan en contacto con el soporte como sugirió kglad en este foro. Yo lo hice y expliqué las razones del aumento desmedido, ya que en Argentina, el dolar y peso se mantuvieron en los mismos niveles que en diciembre de 2023, y por esto, no hay razones lógicas para que aumenten el precio de la suscripción en un 750% más (en mi caso particular). Les dije que me veía obligado a terminar la suscripción, y me ofrecieron un descuento del 50% (que igual, sube el precio a 5 veces más lo que yo estaba pagando). Así que, a quienen consideren este aumento un abuso (claramente lo es), pónganse en contacto a través del link mencionado por kglad.
