Auto Renewal without permission !!

New Here ,
Apr 12, 2024 Apr 12, 2024

I have tried to find out when my subscription ends, but there is no where in my account that tells me. It only tells me when my next payment is due. i have tried to cancel but it keeps telling me i have to pay a cancellation fee...but i didn't agree to renew my account after the first year ended!!

I have looked into turning off auto-renew, but aparently this is not an option and instead state they will email me when my renewal is up....LIE!!! i didn't receive anything. instead Adobe has automatically renewed with out letting me know and WITHOUT my OK and has also put the price-up! (and dont tell me this is due to the cost of living!!).

I am sure you can see I have not used any of the programmes in a while, so my subscription needs to be cancelled asap with no £0.00 cancelation fee as this is criminal!

...Adobe has automatically renewed

It was in the agreement when you subscribed.  In the future, in would be best if you read all of a contract before you agree to it.
