Hallo, ich bezahle das Foto-Abo, habe aber keinen Zugriff auf Photoshop oder Lightroom. In meinen Kontoeinstellungen wird kein Abo angezeigt. Wo kann ich das melden?

Ohne konkrete Infos kann man dazu nicht viel sagen, aber ganz generell sind das Probleme, die hier auf dem Forum nicht gehandhabt werden können. also den Support anrufen, per Mail/ Webchat kontaktieren oder bei Twitter @Adobecare etwas Tamtam machen.
