Why was I billed $53.88 in advance on April 24?

Happy to help!

 

We have checked your account and we see that you had two subscriptions under the email address associated with the community which has been cancelled.

 

Also, ther refund has been initiated on the same day that you cancelled. Please wait for 7-10 business days and the refund should reflect in your account.

Quickest and easiest way to contact Adobe for Billing issues, etc is to use the Creative Cloud App as shown in below Screenshot. You open the app, click on the shaded blue circle at top right corner, choose Contact Us, then type your question, whatever into the Chat window.

 

Note that if you want to speak to a real person, then type "Agent" in the chat box. This will bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
