Can't Change Plan

New Here ,
Oct 24, 2022 Oct 24, 2022

Hi guys. I'm trying to change my plan from the 19.99/month Acrobat Pro to the 12.99/month Acrobat Standard plan, but whenever I hit the "agree and subscribe" button it has a pop-up that says "Sorry, we could not change your plan. Please retry." and won't let me change my plan. This is stressing me out a lot and I would really appreciate any help I could get. Thanks a ton.

In some cases, users face issues when switching Adobe plans (e.g., from Acrobat Pro to Standard, Photography to All Apps). Despite clicking "Change Plan" or "Agree and subscribe," they encounter generic error messages like

'Sorry, we could not change your plan. Please retry.'

Or the "Manage Plan" page shows only a Cancel button, with no option to switch plans

Thank you so much!! The problem must've been something internal, but after going to the chat link and talking to an agent they were able to help me fix it without much issue. I appreciate your help!! ❤️

I have finished my Adobe Stock Images trail using 10 free credits before the month ending. When I am upgrading my account, it says "Cant Change Plan. Please retry." How should I proceed?

I have scripts, cookies, and pop-ups allowed, but I still get the same dialog every time I try to switch plans. I spoke to support and all they did was try to convince me I need a more expensive plan and then just let the chat time out when I said I wouldn't.
