I just got a brand new iPad and I'm trying to sign into my Adobe account. I get a free account with my school and usually use my laptop. I signed into the creative cloud suite no problem but when I try to sign into my iPad I get this message.

"access required"

"This count does not have required access to a sync storage location. Please sign in with a different account"

what the heck haha can someone please help me

    Just checking, you do realise that an iPad can't run Windows or Mac apps? Only what is in the App Store.

    check your account https://account.adobe.com .

    then sign out and back in to your ipad cc app using the same adobe id used to confirm your account.

    Read https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html for the program(s) you want to use

    There are very few programs that run on an ipad

    @Quintessa27624233bmnq

    correct, you're trying to use ai mobile on ipad.

    did you check your account?

    if yes, does it show your ai mobile subscription?

    if yes and yes, did you sign out and in (using the same adobe id used to confirm your subscription) on your ipad's cc app?
