So i recently bought the creative cloud free trial as well as students plan but when i install any software and open it i get this error attached in this post and when i tried to change my billing or update it again the site wouldn't load and the trial period gonna end like this but that's fine but it's gonna charge me money for no reason if i can't use the apps

@Charismatic_hope7884 you have to be online to verify status. If you do have a good internet connection check your firewall/router to make sure you are not blocking anything from Adobe.com domains.
Why did you purchase two differnt plans? Did you sign up using the same email address for both? If so that could be causing issues. Contact Adobe Customer Care on social or using the Adobe.com chat pod (ask for "Agent").

@Kevin Stohlmeyer I didn't purchase 2 plans i bought the students plan but i also have a free trial available so my students plan will start from next week

so i checked my network tab when opening adobe site and it's giving me api error when i ask chat gpt it says my dns is connecting but Adobe’s server is rejecting the request (403 = blocked or unauthorized). I tried the change date and time also but it didn't i also tried opening my adobe account in some other device and that works but can't open it on my device

yes, windows defender is a firewall. suspend it and retry signing into your cc desktop app.

Thank you it solved the problem although i canceled the students plan but i hope it will work again deleting the hosts really solved the issue but i m still facing issue with google chrome not loading adobe home page or plans option although it's not a major issue coz i can open it up on my mobile and change or cancel my plan from their

make sure your default browser is updated and not opera. also, vpn's cause problems with adobe.
