Hi guys

I'm trying to cancel my account but i doesn't work at all. Im really frustrated. I followed all the instructions but they don't work. I'm trying to contact the adobe support, but it seems there's no way to talk or chat with a human. Can someone helpe me? There's an email or a chat somewhere where I can discuss my problem (exept this forum) with an Adobe employer to resolve this problem?

Thanks in advance

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

Ok...now i cancelled my account. But i have to pay the fee now. I can't contact again the chat support to know the terms and conditions for the payment? How does it work...because this link https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen don't work now.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

-do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining time as a fee
