Hi Joanna,

If you cancel your subscription, you can definitely purchase a new subscription after a few months, however, restarting the same subscription is nit possible.

Please refer the Adobe subscription terms for clarification: Legal subscription terms | Adobe

For cancellation: Cancel your Creative Cloud membership

Feel free to update the thread for any other query.

I would advise you to contact support, since we do not have access to your plan info.

Yes I've already tried that (via the chat) and it was wholly unhelpful. Not sure why this is so complicated. Is there an email address for support that I can contact? I know I can telephone them but that is rather inconvenient.

I can tell you that if you have an annual plan you will not be able to suspended it, only if it is a month to month subscription (usually the most expensive plan), if it is annual you will have an early termination fee.

Think email is a no. Chat or Phone usually are the options.

Ah thanks. I have a month to month subscription (paying the standard rate, no discounts). So if I cancelled my subscription then restarted again in a few months would I lose any data or see any difference in my Adobe products?

Exactly, you only need to cancel it in your Adobe profile page, But be advised, you will lose the storage space on the Cloud in (90) days I believe, you will only have access to 2 gb's after that.

Ah cool that sounds ok as I don't use the cloud storage anyway.

Thanks for the info, I think I'll go ahead and cancel for now!

I'm in the same boat.  I cancelled in October 2018 and I'm good until November 22.  Nothing on the Adobe website helps - even the support page.  I would like to renew my subscription but …..  I hope I'm not forced to purchase an inferior product.

What is an "inferior" product?

To renew you just need to purchase again the plan you want, that's all.
