I want to cancel my plan which I have been paying for 3 years, they still want to charge me for cancelling before my one year subscription. How is this right?

You may not remember, but a subscription charges 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you need to cancel right after your 12th montly payment so your subscription does not renew

I recommend setting a reminder in your calendar app if you want to cancel an annual membership without charge. ^JW
