cancelación de suscripción por no tener fondos suficientes

Quiero cancelar mi suscripción pero ya me hicieron cargos y como no se concretan por no tener fondos sufucientes esa tarjeta, no me da la opción de cancelación, solo editar los datos para hacer el cargo... ya busque en todas las preguntas frecuentes, tutoriales, la IA, nada ayuda, parece que necesito pagar forzosamente y de ahí cancelar ¿o qué puedo hacer?

Thanks for reaching out. I can see that you have an annual subscription for Adobe Lightroom. Since the payment is supposed to be made monthly, there is a pending payment and this is the reason you are not able to cancel. you have to fix the payment problem before you're allowed to cancel.

 

then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
