Buenas Comunidad, he venido aquĆ por su amable ayuda/asistencia, me he suscrito a una prueba gratuita de Abobe pero la he cancelado antes del periodo lĆmite, y por error me he suscrito a una prueba pro, la cual me ha descontado casi 20U$, Quiero solicitar un reembolso, y no encuentro una guĆa clara en la web.

if you only subscribed to one subscription, you should have 2 confirmation emails from adobe.
one for your trial start and one for your cancellation.
what are those two email dates?

that shows a trial started august 23.
it shows a payment problem september 1
it shows nothing about cancellation. (cancellation isn't possible until there are no payment problems).
