Cancelamento de programa sem multa

Boa tarde. Eu adquiri o pragrama "Creative Cloud Todos os Apps, 100 GB" para estudante e juntamente veio o programa "Adobe Stock - 10 ativos por mês", o qual não pedi. Estando agora a pagar 36.89€ extra. Tentei cancelar o porgrama e tenho que pagar uma taxa, não tendo como pagar nenhum desses valores gostaria de cancelar. Já tentei entrar em contacto mas não há nenhum número que funciome. Agradeço a resposta rápida ao meu problema, por favor.

explain to adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:

tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Bom dia, antes demais muito obrigada pela resposta. Eu já tentei várias vezes ligar para o número, devida à rápida resposta seria a melhor opção, e o número português diz que "não está atribuido".

You did check the "30 days free stock subscription" and you did not cancel, when cancel was due. If you are still in the 14 days of your paid stock subscription, you can cancel and get refunded (https://account.adobe.com/plans). If you are past these 14 days, best is to do as @kglad said. If you did not use the stock subscription, I think that Adobe is normally very supportive to cancel without a fee and eventually to refund the payment. You need to ask insistently, but very friendly (just as a tipp). If you accept a free extention, don't ask again. 

 

BTW: you can't selfcancel when there are payment issues.
