Esto es MANIPULACIÓN en contra del consumidor, Adobe hace el proceso de cancelación lo más complejo posible para que se sigan haciendo cargos domiciliados, solicitaré ayuda en la PROFECO por que utilizo la ruta de cancelación que tiene Adobe pero ¿que creen? AUNQUE YA SE ME HICIERON EL CARGO DOMICILIADO, EL SISTEMA DETECTA QUE TENGO UN ADEUDO (CUANDO NO LO TENGO) Y NO SÉ PUEDE CANCELAR PORVEL MISMO ADEUDO.
Son mañosos, tengo que pedir ayuda a la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, por qué desde mi banco no me pueden ayudar, es una situación agenda a ellos, me dicen que tengo que cancelar directamente con Adobe y estos mañosos tienen bien blindado ese proceso.
Si a alguien más le pasó esto mismo, por favor, díganme cómo le hicieron para CANCELAR. Gracias.

you probably agreed to an annual subscription in exchange for lower monthly fees and are trying to cancel before the year is over.

Son unos ladrones, engañan a la gente y comienzan a cobrar un plan anual que no se puede cancelar. Me llevan cobrando 3 meses y nunca lo he usado. Yo ya he bloqueado mi tarjeta porque no hay manera de darse de baja. Son unos estafadores. No sé cómo Adobe se convirtió en esto... les tenía que dar vergüenza
