Just canceled my Adobe XD subscription and want to subscribe to the Creative Cloud All Apps subscription and this popover won't let me do it. Either I'm asked to get a teams plan or see other plans but I want this plan itself and I don't even see the point of this blocker if I've already unsubscribed Adobe XD plan. While canceling the plan of Adobe XD I also had clearly picked the option for reason that red something like, 'getting another plan'.

@arvatsha

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Services to Account, Billing, & Plan.

What happens when you click "View other plans"?

Thanks for moving the post. I couldn't find the category there hence, selected different one. I'm seeing different plans upon clicking "View other plans". But, I only want to subscribe to "Creative Cloud All Apps" subscription.

Hi @arvatsha

You're welcome — we are happy to move posts to the best board and don't expect users to know how to navigate the Community Forums.

I don't know why your purchase of Creative Cloud All Apps is "not supported". You might try contacting Adobe Customer Care. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try these steps:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.

@arvatsha

the message in your original post indicates you did not cancel adobe xd and that's preventing your all apps purchase.

I've canceled it already. It shows a "Canceled" tag over the plan under my account.
