Canceled free trial on time, but received bill

I subscribed to an Adobe free trial and canceled my plan on August 17, 2025, which was before the free trial end date of August 19, 2025. However, my account still shows an order (Order Number: AD03530600628CPH) for InDesign and Adobe Stock.

Could you please confirm that my subscription is fully canceled and that I will not be charged any fees after the trial period?

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details you cancelled the trial for Adobe InDesign however Adobe Stock subscription is still active.

The good news is Adobe offers full refund if the subscription is cancelled within first 14 days.

Cancellation can only be done if there are no pending dues on the account.

I would recommend you to make the payment and then proceed with the cancellation. It usually takes 12-14 days for the cancellation to process.
