Cancelling immediately without use but still charges me for the month

Context -> Was using a Photography plan 20GB. Thought I needed more storage for studies with animations on photoshop (lots of fully rendered images, dense file sizes) at my institution. Upgraded to 1TB, then was told by another person that the institution provided the software during the duration of study so I don't need my own Photoshop subscription.

I am trying to cancel it right away. It has been roughly 40 minutes due to the website not allowing me to manage my plans, saying I will be able to shortly.

It says that I am able to get a refund for cancelling a subscription within 14 days. I have definitely read it before subscribing, and I can still see this info on Adobe Subscription Terms.

I ask why I am still charged for the whole month according to the following screenshot:

It still has a full 31 days remaining and I would like a refund of it, please.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe
