Cancelling my monthly subscription is impossible.

How do I cancel my monthly subscription when I have no idea what email address I used. I have been paying monthly for two years. Adobe's behaviour is pretty disgusting, I have never seen a company as disingenuous as this. Give me a contact number and do not tell me to type "agent" in the chat, you need an active subscription to speak to an agent. This is a really simple request that has been made impossible to squeeze as much money as possible out of customers.

I have paid over £300 pounds for a product I have used once. My bank has been unable to cancel the subscription. This is morally bankrupt for a company to function this way.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.
Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen or through:
Facebook: @Adobe
X (formerly Twitter): @AdobeCare - https://twitter.com/AdobeCare

If the chat window fails to open, then use a different device.
Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain.

You're blaming your own faults on others. How can you have a subscription without knowing what email address you used? How did you create it? If you have a subscription, then you can talk to an agent, as you're a paying customer. If you believe you are being charged incorrectly then demand that your bank stops the fraudulent payment, etc.

Anyway, if you have access to the account then you can cancel your subscription easily here:

  • It's my own fault for losing my email, you do know that it is entirely normal for people to forget or lose a email address, a new computer etc. Read my message again. You can't talk to an agent unless you are logged in with a subscription account. I demanded my bank to stop the payment, but it did not work and Adobe still accumulates the payments. You're just proving my point and offering np help. Obviously I don't have access to my account, useless reply.

use twitter/x if you can't use chat.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
