Hello,
I decided to try the free trial of acrobat pro DC and forgot about it. Looking at my bank transactions I can see that I've been paying for the service for 2 months. When I try to cancel the plan I'm being told that I have to pay 810 kr (80USD) as I'm cancelling my plan early. It seems as if I've been put on a 1 year plan automatically after the end of the trial. I've never agreed to this and would like to cancel my plan without having to pay the 810kr.
With Regards,
Philip Wilson

I have been trying to cancel via the chat for almost 3 weeks now and it says to update the billing info to cancel. I do not intend to continue with the plan and therefore don't need to add it for you to unnecessarily charge my credit card. I want it cancelled and your chat keeps saying you are closed. Please proceed

Me too
decided to cancel after one day and the system sent me round and round after failing to recognise my registered email and telling me I'm offline. Then I try again and it signs me in, I tyry to cancel and it says account not recognised!!!! I look online for contact options, I search the website and every avenue takes me to the same cancellation page. In sheer frustration I come on here after 90mins of trying to find a way to cancel it to finally find the links listed in this post.
Why are these immediately available to users from the website?
Who designed this site?
Would they care to come for a chat with my lump hammer as I'd like to use it to beat into their EMPTY heads the utter stupidity of the process they have DESIGNED!!! They are absolute MORONS!!!
The entire web team should be fired for cause with immediate effect and the head of CS should be publicly humiliated for such RANK INCOMPETENCE!
What this process does is enforce classic FAILURE demand onto your telephony system. Why? Because the appalling design makes it impossible to achieve my purpose via the stupid website! This has cost me time, money, emotional integrity and your staff a very angry customer who knows it's not the agents fault but is completely unable to express it to those ACTUALLY responsible.
So please do come and visit me in person and allow me to vent using aforementioned tool on your empty skulls.

@Nontokozo284869443tja (and others).
make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
