Change method Payment

I need to change the Card for the payment but when I change the number of card in "paypal" (change method payment) the change is not saved. How can I change it for sure?

if you're making a paypal change, you need to log into paypal.

Does Adobe accept Paypal Credit?  If so where do you change payment method from paypal debit card to paypal credit?

you can see your payment methods, Change or update your credit card and billing information in your Adobe ID account

available payment methods vary with your purchase location.  you can only use the methods shown when you start your purchase. 

if you've already purchased, you can change your payment method by going to your account (https://accounts.adobe.com) > change your payment method under Plans and Payment > Plans
