Change of photography plan storage.

I have the 20 GB plan today and pay yearly. Is it then possible to increase to 1 TB for a month?

no.

you can't augment your current plan.  you would need to change plans (https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html) to one that included more storage.
