Change plan or add devices

Hello, I wanted to switch from an individual to a business plan, but I can't find such an option anywhere. Now I have max 2 activated devices. I need 3 active devices. What is the solution please?

A business plan is not necessarily the solution. Are all the three devices used by you personally, or are they shared?

All 3 me personally. Activating and deactivating devices is a completely impractical, time-consuming solution.

Thanks. I agree, it's a nuisance (though some people disagree, which is fine; I'm happy it isn't a nuisance for them).

There is no way to get a single account that can be signed in on two computers. But here are some solutions to the problem, none ideal.

1. Take a second individual account with a DIFFERENT Adobe ID. Take out a second plan with the new ID. (Do not buy more plans on the same ID, it doesn't work).This is what I do. It works well, though they obviously have different online accounts and file sharing can be difficult.

2. Set up a team. As the team administrator you give out licenses to Adobe IDs. You can assign yourself three different Adobe IDs. (The administrator doesn't automatically get a license).

A Plan for businesses there are how many devices? Won't that solve my problem?

 

The 1st solution is impractical as I won't have access to the same cloud.

 

The 2nd solution is financially demanding, and at the same time, the common space there will probably bother me again.

I said the solutions weren't ideal.

A team plan is the plan for small businesses. The alternative is an enterprise plan, that does not seem applicable. So far as I know it's one machine per assigned license in teams. Maybe it's two, same as retail.

Ah, one more thing. There is the possibilty of shared online storage space within teams. I don't know how that works.

contact adobe support if a teams/enterprise subscription interests you and you currently have an individual plan. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
