Change to Annual Subscription

I do not see anything that says change plan under Manage Plan.  I want to change from a monthly to an annual subscription to maintain my 9.99/month pricing.  This is so ridiculous.  I followed these instructions but change plan does not appear (see my screenshot).  https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html

 

This should be so easy especially after they sent out the email informing us of the pricing increase.  Why I have to spend time on figuring out what their problem is really annoys me.  Sorry to be pissy but seriously this should be easy.

try using a mobile phone's updated (non-opera) browser with wifi disabled.

So I don't know what non-opera browser means. I tried safari and duck duck go but I still can't see where I can change to an annual plan. This is so strange.

opera is a browser that fails with adobe.  if your safari was updated and you disabled wifi, you'll need an employee to help with the next step.

I appreciate that you have tried different web browsers per Kglad's helpful suggestions. If you haven't already, I recommend trying a different device to complete the change plan process. The steps listed in https://adobe.ly/47qs1cY will work on a smartphone or tablet, so if something on the computer is preventing you from completing the change plan steps, then you might be successful on a tablet, Laura.

I also tried Firefox and chrome.  WiFi disabled and enabled.  No way to see where to change my monthly to an annual plan   This should be very easy.  It's sure easy to purchase things lol.

I followed the instructions to change my plan from monthly to annual after I received the email about the change in subscription prices but there is nothing under management plan to change the subscription.  There is only a button to cancel.   I'm assuming there is a way because the adobe instructions said so. 

this should be very easy to do but I've spent a lot of time on this already which is pretty annoying.  Can anyone report this so it can be updated to reflect the ability to change from a monthly to an annual subscription?
