Hello,
I was charged in 30 euros, after change my "sub trial" from 7 to 30 days (option offered when I was cancelling 7 day trial).
After accept the 30 days trial, a popup jumped in my browser (it was missing configured, cutting the message - I was using Chrome in Android mobile) saying that my next billing cycle is feb/22... ???
I dont understand this behavior. Why it is happening? I don't want to be charged because I accepted more trials days. It looks like a trap..
I just totally canceled sub (confirmation AB00734201433CES), but I want a refund of those 30 euros.
What can I do?
Thank you!
Evandro
