I was using the App and wanted to try a premium feature. There was an offer for a free 7-day trial. I agreed to the free trial and then cancelled within the same day. For some reason I was charged for YEAR's worth of the premium subscription without my consent. I tried to contact the App Developers and Google Play, where the trial was selected, but did not get a response or was told a request for a refund wouldn't be granted. I never agreed to the charge in the first place, and haven't since even used the App.  I complained about the charge on the reviews, and received a response from the App Developers just the other day. It said

Hi, Thanks for writing in! Could you please share your email address and order number (if you have it with you) on forums.adobe.com? Our experts will help you with the cancellation and refund process. Feel free to write us back if you need anything else! Thanks for being an awesome customer. 🙂 ^Rc

I'm not sure about posting my email address on a public forum so please advise if there is someone I should message? The order number was:
Order number: GPA.3345-1651-9730-16098
Order date: 14 Nov 2023 20:32:38 GMT

Thank you for any assistance available.

if you ordered an adobe app on a mobile store like google play, you have to resolve the issue via the mobile store.

They said the opposite, that this can only be resolved through Adobe.

you can try. let us know how rhat works for you.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
