Hello, I am a student in Korea and I bought your services with a discounted student price last year. I found out 2 weeks ago that I was charged for a renewal for the full price without warning and I'm unable to cancel my subscription even though I have no intention of having this for another year because your services won't allow me do so. It also seems that using the forums is the only way to contact adobe support so I am writing here. Please assist me on getting this renewal cancelled.
