Hi,
I signed up for a free trial of Adobe creative cloud and made sure to cancel the day before the trial period ended. I was still billed for a subscription. Does anyone know how to get a refund for wrongful billing around here?

now what are the dates of the two emails adobe sent, one when you started your trial subscription and one when you canceled? (and keep both, if needed to boost your case.)

nothing except save those emails (as insurance, just in case adobe needs proof of your timely cancellation).
