Cobrança errada

Olá, espero que criando essa publicação, a Adobe veja e me ajude...

 

Contratei um plano de estudante no valor de R$ 114,00 e foi cobrando no meu cartão. O plano não ativou e eu precisei contratar o plano Pro no valor de R$ 165,00 que foi cobrando no meu cartão no mesmo dia. Contatei a Adobe explicando o problema, e foi pedido 48h para solucionarem, porém no final não resolveram o meu problema e encerraram meu suporte.
