Cobrança indevida

Eu tenho um plano Anual com mensalidades de 57,20 e resolveram me cobrar neste mês 104,00 referente à sétima mensalidade, e no próximo mês TAMBÉM vão me cobrar esse valor. Até mesmo se eu tentar cancelar o plano vão me cobrar mais 104,00 a mais. ESTÃO ME DANDO GOLPE VOCÊS DA ADOBE!
