NO PUEDO PONERME EN CONTACTO CON NADIE, YA LO INTENTE. ¿COMO ME HACEN MI REENBOLSO??

necesito asistencia, hable con mi banco y despues de dos dias me respondio diciendome que no podian hacer nada ya que el descargo automatico de pago es de parte de adobe y debo comunicarme a la empresa. ya que ellos deben hacer la devolucion, no se como comunicarme por que la ultima vez tarde dos dias para que me respondiera ADOBE

mi banco me dice que como se hizo un cargo automatico por parte de Adobe ellos deven reembolsar. Pero se comfirmo el doble cargo uno en la mañana y otro 3 horas despues el mismo dia.

hable con un agente por chad, me dijeron que espere de 7 a 10 dias para la devolucion , ahora me queda esperar, seguire atenta a lo que suceda, y por las molestias me daran un mes sin cobro, eso fue muy amable.

Despues de hablar con mi banco me dicen  que como es un cobro automatico de la empresa ADOBE devo hacerles el reclamo a ellos ya que el cobro se hizo de su parte
