Desde antes de que venciera el plazo de 14 días he tratado sin éxito de cancelar el plan. Hoy por fin lo logré y me cobraron $67. Que lo indican es cierto, el problema es que el sistema no permite csncelar. Por favor confirmen ustedes mismos lo difícil que es cancelar la suscripción o contactar a un funcionario, donde da la opción de comunicarse por el chat atiende una inteligencia artificial y no un ser humano.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Confirmo yo he estado un mes entero tratando de cancelar y no me deja y me cobraron un mes entero de algo que ya avia cancelado he incluso me avian confirmado ellos con un correo la cancelacion y aun asi me robaron el dinero y hasta la fecha aun no he podido resolverlo, ha sido tanto que he tenido que sacar todo el dinero de la tarjeta y no usarla para que no me roben mas nada, la verda recomiendo no suscribirse a estos productos!!

Llevo un mes intentando comunicarme con algun agente y esta es la hora que aun no me responden o me solucionan algo!!! Y da bastante colera el servicio tan denigrante que ofrecen en esa parte!!!

Me ocurre lo mismo mismo. Ingresé mi RECLAMO y lo cerraron sin dar ninguna respuesta. Luego convenientemente cancelaron mi plan para No atenderme más ni por el chat. Pero parece que no piensan reembolsarme todos los meses de COBRO INDEBIDO. Una experiencia HORRIBLE, habrá que ir a derechos del consumidor.
