J'ai 164€ à payer si je résilie mon abonnement personnel creative cloud (date anniversaire passée de quelques jours)... alors que je vais rester abonné avec mon même identifiant mais sur une autre formule "scolaire" négociée par mon établissement scolaire.

Comment ne pas avoir de frais de résiliation dans mon cas de figure ?

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
