Last year, an Adobe employee emailed us and asked if we wanted to try Adobe Stock free for one year. Saying YES was the worst thing ever. Now I can't get off the Pro Edition. I've called Adobe multiple times. Spent over an hour on the phone each time, being transferred to different people. Everyone has something different to say (The price is $x. No, the price is $y. You have to cancel and lose all your data. No, you will not lose your data.). I'm on my 7th rep already. Adobe customer service is the absolute worst!

@default4i06st76mhsg My apologies for the inconvenience and for having a bad experience. May I know if you are facing an issue in accessing the Stock license that is included with the CC Pro version?

No. I don't think we ever used Stock. One of the Adobe reps today said that Stock isn't even included in our Pro Edition. Other Adobe reps said that Stock is the ONLY difference between Pro Edition and the regular edition of Adobe Creative Cloud - All Apps

@default4i06st76mhsg Please do not worry, I checked with the concerned team and the users with CC Pro license can license unlimited Standard Images from the Stock website.
They can sign in to "stock.adobe.com" and change their profile by clicking on the avatar which will allow them to license the Standard Images.

That's not our concern. Because we never use Stock, we want to revert to the regular Adobe Creative Cloud - All Apps. We don't want the Pro Edition anymore. The Adobe reps said we have to cancel our Adobe Creative Cloud account altogether and purchase the "regular" version of Adobe Creative Cloud - All Apps.
