Hi, I had signed in to the free trial period, then sadly forgot to cancel it. I got charge the first £20 the first month and now I wish to cancel and they want to charge me £100!!! I just lost my job, I do not need Acrobat Pro anymore and cannot afford this, has anyone please got a phone number I can ring in the UK?

Their help function at the bottom of the page OF COURSE does not work, and there was NO MENTION of any cancellation fee when I subscribed. AWFUL. Thanks for any help!

If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

Please do not share any personal/confidential information like email ID, bank details, etc here. This is a public forum.

Hope the information was helpful to you. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Sincerely,

Rashmi Swain

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
