CUSTOMER COMPLAINT

Adobe have taken £7456.92 from us and have failed for over two months to refund us. I have spoken to a dozoens of agents who all make false promises. They close your case down without addressing it. If they haven't returned our money by the nd of the week, I'll report it to the police as theft, they've had every chance to return it but have failed! They're agents are liars and don't do as they promise. This is the worst support I have ever experinced. Who is in charge, how dare they treat customers like this! Give us our money back and address my complaints that I have raised.

I have been in touch with customer care and they don't care and lie. I have too many examples of how poor Customer care is at Adobe is. 1) Stop asking people to reply to : customercare-chatsupport@adobe.com as this is unmonitored and you won't get the email. 2) When you promise to issue a refund in 7 days make sure you do it. 3) Don't allow cusotmer to upload documents via  the web portal (manage cases) if you can't see then and don't have access to this.  This is basic customer care and you need to fix these issues at Adobe.
