I discovered something serious on the visa statement today. I was not aware that I had a personal account next to my company account with PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED
I ordered a plan a few months ago to try something, but it wasn't for me and I wanted to cancel it then. Because I no longer saw it in my company account and also not in my personal account with PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED, I thought to be sure that the termination is in order. And now this morning my wife discovered that 37 € is deducted from the bill every time. I have never received any email notification either! This can only be seen on the visa statement. So I really never used that plan again outside that trial day. Hopefully you understand this and can I recover my money? What should I do now. Greetings, Sven Janssens
