It has come to my attention that I am being billed 2 times for the same serice. Adobe chat help was only able to locate one subscxription on my account. The other is from DRI. Who do I speak to to cancel payments s I am not paying 2 times and to get a refund for this error?

contact digital river if you've dealt with them previously. otherwise, contact your credit card provider and report fraud.

Elisheva, I am sorry for any confusion. I am showing that you have an Adobe Stock plan and the one managed through Digital River. Please see https://adobe.ly/4epP08s for information on how to cancel the Stock plan to remove the second charge.

Do you know how this could have happened? Was it my error?

From my account, and from the Adobe support, we both only see 1 plan connected to Elisheva@d.....m.co.il

I did, and they only see one account connected with one payment. If Digital River is a 3rd party seller of Adobe, I would appreciate it if there can be clarity made internally on your end.

digital river is a 3rd party vendor.
and again, contact digital river if you've dealt with them previously. otherwise, contact your credit card provider and report fraud.
if you want to cancel your adobe stock plan, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
