Early Termination Fee?

I bought a month by month subscription of Animate for my daughter and she only needed it for a month, however, whenever I try to cancel it tells me I will be charged an early termination fee, how long do I have to wait for it will just let me cancel it?

Did you buy a true MONTHLY subscription, or an annual subscription with monthly payments?

If you bought an annual subscription with monthly payments, you will be able to cancel during your final month

An annual plan paid monthly is a 12 month commitment.  If you cancel early, you must pay a penalty fee (50% of the remaining months).

Animate on the month-to-month plan cost more per month but you can cancel anytime without penalty.
