Echec de paiement Paypal...

Paypal me prévient hier 22/02 qu'un prélèvement est en cours sur mon compte. Cela me rappelle que j'avais oublié d'annuler pendant la période d'essai. Je pensais l'avoir fait. J'avais oublié de cliquer jusqu'au bout. Merci Adobe de compliquer la procédure d'annulation... Bref.
Donc hier je vais sur Adobe et j'annule ma formule
 d'abonnement puisque que je ne veux pas être débitée le 22/03 prochain.  
Et aujourd'hui je reçois un mail m'indiquant qu'il y a échec de paiement. Et je ne vois aucune explication. Pour moi, tout est clair : le débit est en attente sur Paypal, j'y ai mis à jour ma carte bancaire ; et sur Adobe, j'ai une facture.
Je ne peux pas mettre à jour ma forme de paiement sur le site Adobe, puisque je n'ai plus de formule en cours...  Et je ne souhaite pas souscrire une nouvelle formule.  Je ne refuse pas de payer. Comment faire ?

if something does not appear correct, contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
