no es posible terminar una suscripción de prepago, hay una renovación proxima y por suspuesto no es posible eliminarla, me imagino que la idea es hacer el cobro a como de lugar

Was not a problem to cancel something pending or a fee, is easy to make a subscription but is impossible to terminate one doing this in https://account.adobe.com/plans i did it with the adobe virtual assistant finally,
