Foto-ABO von monatlicher Zahlung auf jährliche Zahlung gewechselt keine Rückerstattung

Hallo, ich habe mein Foto-Cloud 20GB Abo von monatlich auf jährliche Zahlweise umgestellt. Dazu wurde automatisch das alte ABO gekündigt und ein neues angelegt. Auf dem alten ABO hatte ich aber durch Gutscheinkauf noch ein Guthaben bis 26.11.2025. Trotzdem wurde der Betrag für das komplette neue Jahr abgebucht und eine Rückerstattung vom alten ABO ist bisher nicht erfolgt. Kann das so richtig sein?
