I signed up to a free 1 month trial to photoshop on 16th Nov. I forgot about it but now i see they there was an issue with my card so i didnt see that they had attempted to take 19.99 out of my account on 23rd Nov and then 23rd Dec. I wanted to know if this was normal, as id assume with a months free trial it would be just that and if i wanted to continue after then i would be contacted. Either way

no, usually free trials are for the first time period free and then automatically roll into a paid subscription.  if that was an annual subscription, there will be a cancellation fee* (for early cancellation).

check your account to see if you have a subscription, https://account.adobe.com

if you want to cancel a subscription, start here https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

*if you're cancelling an annual plan early, there's a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months).

if the above link doesn't help you cancel, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (in the lower right)
in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

>1 month trial

I don't know where you saw that, but everything I have read is that the trial is one week, not one month

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html
