Geldabbuchung ohne Abo!

Hallo liebes Adobe-Team,

 

seit 2 Monaten wird mir via PayPal Geld abgebucht (35,69€), ich habe aber gar kein Abo gebucht. Im Mitgliederbereich gibt es auch keine Lizenzen, es wird mir kein Abo angezeigt. Ich habe auch nie eine Bestätigungs-Mail bekommen zu einer Abobuchung, eine Rechnung über die 2x 35,69€ habe ich auch nie bekommen.

 

Warum und wofür bucht ihr mir Geld ab und wie kann ich das wieder "kündigen"?

Gibt leider keine andere Möglichkeit, euch zu kontaktieren. Fragen-Bot versteht nicht, was ich von ihm will und direkten Kontakt gibt es nur für User, die ein Abo gebucht haben 😉

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks for your quick response. Unfortuntely i cannot contact an agent because following message pops up, when I type in "AGENT":

Because I have no plan, I cannot contact a real human. But the bot cannot answer my request anyways. I don't have twitter/X.

Ich würde auch Paypal beauftragen, das Geld zurückzubuchen. Kein Abo, kein Geld. Bitte vergewissere Dich aber auch, dass andere, die auch Zugang zum Paypal Account haben, eventuell kein Abo gebucht haben. 😉

 

Und weiter: PayPal hat eine Zweifaktor-Zugangskontrolle. Es wäre jetzt interessant zu wissen, wie diese umgangen wurde.

Hallo,
ich habe dasselbe Problem. Allerdings hatte ich ein 7-tägiges Probeabo, das ich aber fritsgerecht beendet habe.
Weder im Appstore, noch unter meiner Accountverwaltung  für Adobe taucht das Abo auf. 

Ich kriege sogar vorgeschlagen, dass ich ein Adobe Reader Pro Abo abschließen soll!?

Das Probeabo hatte ich für einen Tag im September. Leider habe ich über den Appstore nie eine Kündigungsbestätigung erhalten. Aber offensichtlich kann ich nicht länger im Besitz des Abos sein, wenn mir vorgeschlagen wird, dieses für 23, 79€ zu erwerben.

Diese Summe wurde mir nun auch schon zum 3. Mal abgebucht.

Das Lightroom 7 Tage Test Abo, am selben tag wieder gekündigt. Kündigung wurde bestätigt und trotzdem abgebucht. Paypal weigert sich bei der Rückbuchung. Abobe ist unerreichbar. die Adobe Paypal reklamation antwortet nicht. Adobe ist für mich gestorben. Das ist der letzte Laden.
