Hello,
Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
<Removed by Moderator> will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

No. This does not work. If you type Agent, you are then asked if you want a phone call or to continue in Chat. If you select Chat and don't give them your phone number, then the bot just cycles you back through and never connects you to an Agent in Chat. It's a BS AI Who's on First routine.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum so that proper help can be offered.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, <Removed by Moderator>
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I have been trying to stop the payments coming out of my bank account for TWO years, my bank has tried and failed. Tonight I actually spoke to a human. Instead of STOPPING all payments and giving a refund she offered me 3 months free. That's like giving an old car to someone who can't drive. Then when I stsrted to cry they hung up . Duriing the free trial I found I simply COULD NOT make Adobe work - might be cos I'm over 70 years old, but not one email (and they have my correct email) to tell me that they were constantly stealing my money every month for over two years. This is insane. It's a bank account I dont often use, and every time I see an overdraft charge I tell my bank to stop payments, which they have failed to do. It's IMPOSSIBLE to find a way around the website. if I had known they would torture me for 2 years, steal £480 I would have closed my bank account. I am gutted to find this blog and see by other peopl's comment that this apppears to be their standard practise!!!

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
