Help with cancellation fees

Hello.

The 21 March 2019, I subscribed to the annual subscription (paid monthly) to have indesign. After I paid, what I thought will be my last payment, I went to my account, and I realized that Adobe renewed my subscription until 2021 without my consent! I am negatively surprised about what they did, and I don't know to whom I should complain since it was impossible to reach them by phone. Today, if I want to cancel my subscription I will have to pay 149 $ which is something that I can not afford!  I genuinely thought that they would never renew the subscription without contacting me in prior and I feel robbed by Adobe and their unethical method... I am a student, and I don't need this software anymore. I would like to know if there is someone that had the same issue than me that could give me advice to cancel my subscription without paying fees?  Thanks and take care.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription, so you will know that the subscription renews every year until you cancel... https://www.adobe.com/misc/subscription_terms.html
