How can i cancel with out early cancelation fee - Annual fee?

Dear All 

good day 

i have an issue with adobe subscibtion 

i had a Trial and  i forgot to cancel , now when i remember to cancel they said you have to pay early canclation because you have annual subsribtion and i dont know how i subscribed in this backage i just use a trial so tell me please how can i subscribe without pay this fee please 

NOTE : i have to cancel today befoe pay monthly fee

If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal d

Omg i have the same issue its taken out three lots of $35NZD now and Im so frustrated im getting scammed again- bloody never again adobe.....so bad they punish you if you dont read fine print or remember to cancel. thats the matrix for ya!!

I was able to change my plan to $23.03 nzd and then now it gives me the option to cancel within 14 days which i will do to get out of the annual subscription.

set a reminder any time after your 12th payment is received and prior the renewal date.  i like to use my mobile phone for reminders.
