Hello,
I can't delete the credit cards on my account, but it's charging me. I last used the free one-month plan that Nvidia offered, but after three months, it started charging me. Since I won't be using Creative Cloud, I want to delete the cards.

1. you have to fix your payment problem, first and then 2. cancel the subscription. then you can 3. remove your card.

It won't accept it because there's no money on my card, because I think it will charge me when I accept, but I don't want it to charge me.

well, you have a problem. you can't do anything until you fix your payment problem and pay what you owe.
